oven does not light off, broiler and surface burners are fine. unit is one yr old. you can hear the the snap of the ignitor and the gas valve open up but no ignition happens. replaced the lower ignitor with no help, only the same symtons. if you apply an open flame to the area of the lower ignitor and burner rail and hit start the oven lights off the instant you hear the gas valve cycle on so i know the problem is not the delivery of gas to the burner. the ignitor will snap 8 times but no ignition happens and unlike the top surface burners you can not see the arc of the ignitor when selected.
looking for help.
ANSWER Allen, Based on your post information, You'll need to check for a loose connection at the bake burner igniter, DSI spark module and dirty ignition and burner ports on the burner tube first. If all's Ok, the issue would be in the DSI module W10331686. Good Luck and Thanks
