the stove will not spark to ignite, it doesn't make the clicking sound at all that is going to spark. What parts would I need to fix, and what is the problem? please help

ANSWER Yolanda, You most likely have a faulty Spark Module W10110491 or a loose or broken wire inside the cooktop body. But you need to make sure there is 120 VAC at the outlet, first.
