Hi, Dishwasher does not wash dishes,everything sounds normal. I had the washer running with door opened the water enters the dishwasher and spouts up about 6 inches and the arm moves very slow with no water coming out of the top. What do you think the problem is? Thanks

ANSWER Hello Cg. Check and see if the water is filling up close to the bottom of the heater assembly. If not, replace the water valve. Also, check and make sure the filters inside the unit are clean and clear from debris. Hope this helps.
