What is the voltage and amps of this motor? What is the replacement for the motor switch?

ANSWER Hello George, the volts for this unit is 120 and the amps are 2.9. The hp of this unit is 1/10 and the rpm's rating is 1600. Unfortunately the fan switch 12001129 was discontinued and we no longer have any stock left with no substitution, sorry.
