I just boight part no. 12001414. it is dual water valve. i connected it as per your instructions. the problem is there was no electrical connection diagram with instructions!! i had problem with only ice maker. and had no problem with chilled water. after installing the part now icemaker is functioning nicely but now i dont get chilled water. when i press for chilled water, i can hear water coming into ice maker compartment and all water goes everywhere in ice maker compartment. can anyone help?

ANSWER Navin, First thing, Make sure you have made the proper water tube and wire connections at the "new" valve. The smaller water tube(1/4 in) to the icemaker should be attached to the "green" solenoid outlet, and the tan colored wire and a white(common) wire should be attached to the terminals. The larger tube(5/16 in.) should be attached to the orange colored solenoid outlet and the blak wire and a white (common) wire attached to the terminals. If all's OK, you will need to check for a minimum 20 psi (constant) pressure at the fill valve connection from the water supply line.( The higher the pressure, the better ). If alls OK, suspect a faulty "new" water valve assembly.
