One of the knobs on this range came loose, and I noticed that there is a metal sleeve that fits over the shaft and holds the knob in place. This sleeve cracked and now the knob is not operational anymore. Do I need a new knob (with sleeve) or just the sleeve? All the other knobs don't have the sleeve attached to them, they are attached to the shaft. What do I have to order?

ANSWER Klaus, the insert is not available separate from the knob. For the control knob in black use part number 9750372FF, white use part number 9750372FW, biscuit use part number 9750372FC, and almond use part number 4211913. Thanks!
