Can I call you to get a better answer? The lens just spins and spins, I can push up on it and it feels like a spring holds it in place. The owners manual states that the bulb is not not accessible.

ANSWER Hello John. There is no video. You will need to remove the microwave from the unit. Then remove the outer cover on the microwave. If you remove the screws around the back, then it should lift and slide off the front of the microwave. Then you can access and replace the bulb located on the top of the cavity above the lens AP2929264. Hope this helps.
