lid lock LED flashes as error code. Also had F7 E1 basket speed sensor fault and F7 E7 unable to reach target rpm fault. Cleared these and F7 E1 returned along with flashing lid lock LED. Replaced lid latch no change.
will bad shifter/speed sensor set lid latch code or is control board bad?
There is a check that you will want to do. Tilt the unit back and pull the cover off from the pulley. Check for the screw holding the pulley on is tight. If the screw or nut us loose then you will want to tighten back up but you will want to use loctite to help keep it in place. In the case where this happens the unit will still agitate but will have problems spinning.
