I ordered and replaced the electronic control assembly in my appliance. It is still locking and unlocking the unit without starting, even with the new board. I have not been able to locate a tech sheet for testing the latch. Can you please assist me with the testing procedures or the sheet? Thank you!
ANSWER Hello Scott. If the board is new, and the issue continues, you will need to replace the latch assembly on the unit.
