Hello, on my Kenmore front-loading washer, it quit draining. It goes through wash cycle & just stops. We snaked drains & hoses, all clear. We took off drain pump assembly & see nothing clogging it. It is a tight turn but doesn't seem bad. We now read about the switch assembly. The spot where the lid goes through has a very loose metal piece there. Is something missing? What should we do from here? Please & thank you!
