food sticks on water glasses located on top left rack cleaned all moving parts. water valve is wide open, switch to a liqued soap still no help. Do you have any other ideas ? thanks much for your help
ANSWER Freddy, The first place to start, is the water level and water temperature in the bottom of the tub, on the first fill of a wash cycle. Remove the lower rack. Start the dishwasher in any cycle, allow the unit to fill and wash for 3 to 5 minutes. Unlatch the door and wait a few seconds to open it. The water level in the bottom should cover the lower portion of the heating element(at the least), and shouild have a temperature of 120 dgrs.F minimum. If either conditions are low, you will not recieve a proper wash action in the dishwasher, during the cycle. Also check for "foaming", in recent times some of the dishwasher chemicals have had a tendency to "foam up" due to a reaction between the rinse agent and certain types of liquid detergents, you may want to return to using a "plain" (no additives) powderred detergent.
