During wash cycle sometimes both agitators does not turn . What is the most likely problem ?

ANSWER Hello Donald,
You may want to check the agitator to see if it has come loose. When you lift the agitator cap there is a screw down in the shaft that holds the agitator 21001878 in place. If the agitator is loose or the screw has come loose it will cause the agitator to rise up and not agitate.
