Freezer accumulate ice at the bottom and the refrigerator side freeze all the stuff at the bottom include the water dispenser. Repair man wrote (bad board+ damper). Please let me know if this diagnoses make since, and where is the location of the damper?
ANSWER Hello Sherif. The first thing you will need to check is the thermistor 2188819. If it is good, then the board 8201528 and damper 2216112 could be the problem. The thermistor should read around 10k ohms at room temperature. The damper assembly is located inside the refrigerator in the top left hand corner where the vents are at. The thermistor is located beside the damper assembly. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. Hope this helps.http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
