I ordered a new ice-mold W10190929 and installed it, but the cooling coil around the bottom doesn't get cold. I have water and everything seems to be operating except it doesn't freeeze the cubes.
What should I look for as the problem or could the unit be defective?
Thanks for a quick response.
ANSWER Hello Ronald. The coil around the bottom of the mold is the heater, and is not suppose to get cold. You need to check the temperature inside the unit and make sure it is 0°.
