I had replaced the electric drive motor and ever since the agitator barely moves and moves slow. I had replaced the main drive and pump belt when I replaced the motor.
I can manually move the drive pully ccw & cw and the agitator moves and there are no noises.
I'm thinking there may be something up with the motor carraige (rollers and springs) but I used the same carriage off my old motor..
Right now I am at a loss. Can you possibly provide any help.
ANSWER Hello Kevin. The belts should not be real tight, they should slip in order for the unit to work properly. Make sure the belts are not to tight.
