Kenmore Calypso, was starting/stopping/starting/stopping during cycle, usually after many loads, usually at the end of a wash, but it varied. I ran the diagnostics three times successfully with no symptoms immediately after the symptom appeared. I never got any error code. The issue resolves temporarily if machine is let to sit for about 20 minutes and will finish the cycle. The issue does not appear until multiple loads have been run if the machine has not been used for a day or more, ordered and replaced the motor control board part and the issue persists. The pump seems fine when running in diagnostic mode or during washes before the symptom appears. It seems like it is an overheating board issue, but replacing the motor control board did not resolve the issue. Any ideas?

ANSWER Hello Mark,
This sounds like an intermittent connection issue. I would pull the motor stator to check the connector. The issue with these connectors is not if they are plugged in or not, but the wires going into the connector itself tend to lose connection. I've also seen it on the connector to the pumps.
