My couple moves FREELY within that threaded screw...Do I remove just the coupler or the couple + threaded screw?
Do I need to take apart the entire unit and then unscrew the coupler? My coupler moves freely and it won't come off..I tried pulling it..no luck..
ANSWER Hello Newbie. You will need to use some channel lock pliers and unscrew the coupling from the threaded shaft. Then screw the new coupling W10169511 onto the shaft. These acn be hard to get off, when the coupler cracks or strips out. You will need to pul and turn at the same time to remove. Hope this helps.
