The thread on the shaft and on the coupling are stripped. I cut the coupling off. Is the shaft replacible, or how do I get a new coupling to work?

ANSWER Hello Malcolm. If the threads are stripped out on the shaft, you will need to replace the motor W10317991. Hope this helps.
