I went to start a load and the dryer made this buzzing sound and then it had a burning smell to it so i took it apart and tryed to start it and the drum was trying to move a little but it didnt i moved the drum by hand and the belt was in one peace i was thinking it was the motor burned out and that was the smell cause its trying to start but just wont spin or could it be something eles that it making it act like that and have a burning smell to it? Please help me.
ANSWER Hello Rochelle. If the drum turns freely by hand, then you will need to order and replace the motor W10410996 in the unit.
