Dryer runs for a while lets say 5 min, then if you stop it and try to restart all it does is buzz. I also get an odor like something is hot. If I let it cool down I can restart.

ANSWER Hello Larry, You have a bad motor. If it gets hot and won't start, and when it cools down, will start as you have described, you will need to replace the motor. Hope this helps.
