I am having trouble getting to the motor. I tried removing the blower wheel but was unable to. Whenever I tried to spin it off, the whole shaft moved along with it. How can I spin off the blower wheel and keep the shaft from spinning with it?
ANSWER Hello Steve. You will need to remove the drum assembly to access the front of the motor W10438970. Once the drum is removed, you will attach a wrench to the pulley end of the shaft and use a wrench to unscrew the blower wheel. Hope this helps.
