Hi again, does this evaporator fan works continuously? even when the compressor is off, or when is on the defrost cycling? on my Amana it never stops, what could be happening? thank you.

ANSWER Hello Alex. No, when the compressor turns off, the evaporator fan motor does too during the defrost cycle. You may have a defrost issue with the unit if it is not going into the defrost cycle.
