Hi there. Thanks so much. I have verified that he is 120vac to the connector, Thank you so much for your prompt reply. we appear to have 120 vac to the connector terminals. I also supplied 120vac to the motor connectors to no avail. Looks like I'll be ordering a motor shortly. I still haven't figured how to decouple the motor coupling device from the motor to clear the bracket. Is there a secret I'm missing or am I just not using enough force?

ANSWER Hello donnyrockaholic. Yes, it sounds like the motor 2188241 needs to be replaced. To remove the coupling from the motor, you need to use a large hammer and use quick light blows to the top side of the coupling W10169511 to break it free and remove from the motor shaft.
