My ice dispenser motor is not getting any power. I have checked the switch and it is good. I tried an new display/dispenser board but that did not work. When I checked the voltage at the ice dispenser switch I was getting 13v DC. Would all this indicate that the Main Board (Called "Gemini Flash" on wiring diagram) has an issue and is not sending power out to the motor? From looking at the wiring diagram that is the only other thing that I can see could be a problem.
Thank you for your help.
On the dispenser door you will want to check on connector P2 between pins 1 and 3 for 12 vdc. If there is no power coming out at this point then the control board is bad and would need to be replaced.
