From questions posted, my problem appears to be the wax motor for the soap dispenser. My question is, how can I test the motor or control circuit to be sure it's the motor? Thanks

ANSWER Hello Tinpl8. You can test for power coming to the wax motor during the cycle. If there is power there, and the wax motor does not move, you will need to replace the wax motor on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
