The upper agitator does not move unless I press down on it and move it slowly clockwise direction, What parts do I need to fix that and what size is the holding machine screw that hold the pieces in place?
This machine is fully functional otherwise.

ANSWER Hello Joe! You will need to replace the parts located in the agitator repair kit, part number 285811. You will use a 7/16" socket to remove the agitator bolt. Thanks!
