I have three questions:
1. The agitator is not running.
2. The tub,where clothes are put in to wash, leans back to the backside, so
when it washes, it makes loud noise.
3. It does not spin fast enough to extract water out of the clothes.

ANSWER Hello Mike. Check and make sure the agitator is not stripped out. If so, replace the agitator. If not, replace the transmission. As for the spin issue, you will need to order and replace the clutch on the unit. And as for the tub leaning, check all the springs and replace any that are broke or bad on the unit.
