My thin-twin washer fills & washes, but won't drain (never gets to the spin cycle). We've replaced the pump & timer, but still get the same symptoms. Can you help us diagnose the problem? Is it the transmission? Is it the lid switch? How can we diagnose so we don't buy the wrong part?
ANSWER Hello Bonnie,
The first thing you should check is the lid switch. Using a multi-meter check for continuity with the lid switch closed. If there is no continuity then you will need to replace lid switch3355458.
