Washer stopped midcycle. Tub full of water. Motor was buzzing. Twisted the agitator by hand with force and the washer began to drain.Cycle ended. Never went into spin. Agitator spun freely. Motor began to buzz again. Took the washer apart, took pump off and turned the motor by hand. I was able to turn only a couple of turns one way and alot the other. While turning the motor numerous time the one way I heard a click. I put all back together and turned the washer on again. Motor was buzzing. I twisted the agitator with force by hand and the agitator began to move. After that cycle was done, all stopped and the motor began to buzz. The agitator moved freely. The tub never spun. NOTE: I had a screw driver in the door switch to watch operation. Thanks for your help!
ANSWER Hello Ken. Based on the information you provided, it sounds like the transmission 3360629 is bad and will need to be replaced. Remove the motor and see if it runs. If so, this confirms the issue.
