You provided an answer to the same problem I have that the machine cycles to the spin, fills, agitate, etc, but it does not drain, nor spin. I don't understand you ANSWER: " Remove the pump from the machine and see if it will spin out with the pump off. If so you will need to replace the pump". I took the pump off and impeller seems to freely turn by placing a screw drive in the shaft opening. Does that mean the pump is shot and replacing it will fix the problem? I already replaced the drive coupling and the clutch assembly.
ANSWER Hello Mike. You will need to check and see if the lid switch 279347 is bad and needs to be replaced on the unit. If so, you will need to order and replace the lid switch on the unit. It sounds like your pump is fine on the unit if the impeller turns freely.
