Converting back to natural gas. How can I tell which orifice goes where? Each burner is a different size-and the diagram only shows #20. Also, do I need a part for the oven?
ANSWER Hi Chris. Shut off the supply gas valve and the trip lever the on/off at the top of the safety valve. There are 4- orifices. Lt. Ft is part # 8273064, RT. Ft is part # 8273065, LT. REAR part # 8273066, RT. REAR is part # 8273067. Turn the bake orifice hood 2-1/2 turns open as well as the broil orifice hood. This is a convertible type. Then remove the top cap on the safety valve and flip the inner stem back over to where you read the "NAT" end clearly for quick reference after removing the cap. Keep the plastic cover on the the cap as it will be used under the threads as well as before. Adjust the bake and broil air shutters so that there is a solid inner blue cone of 1/2 " and no burner lift off and the no amount of yellow tips. Thank You.
