changing outer plastic tub that has a hole, can't pull out inner-metal tub. online video for part #63849 says you should be able to lift the inner-metal tub out --- any suggestions why we can't lift the inter-metal tube out???

ANSWER Roy, If you followed the instructions from the video, and have the basket drive spanner nut 21366 removed, you're doing fine. On older units, occasionally the spin basket will "stick" to the drive block 389140 and won't "lift" off the block. You may need to push down and pull up on the spin basket edges to "break it loose" from the drive block, and then lift the tub off the block and out of the washer. Good Luck and Thanks
