I need to replace the burnt-out round ceramic-covered oven ignitor and the worn-out bracket that houses it on this oven. The description says it replaces 'all' round style oven ignitors. Your customer service rep. Brent says this item does include the bracket (others do not), but he suggested I contact you to be sure it will work in this 1970s model gas oven. If you can let me know ASAP, I can then proceed with an order. Thanks!
ANSWER Hello Joan. No, the correct igniter is 786324 and the bracket is discontinued and is no longer available. You can try buying a piece of sheet metal and fabricating you one to hold the igniter, using the old bracket as a template. Hope this helps.
