Oven is about 14 yrs. old. Will slowly heat up to only 200 degrees

ANSWER Bill, Do the cooktop burners work correctly, and how about the broil element ? That would help confirm, we have proper voltage to the range, then we'd need to check for loose wiring to the bake element, or a damaged element 74003019. Thanks and Good Luck
