I have a double oven (GBD307PRB01) and the top oven doesn't have any heat coming from both elements bake/broil (The bottom oven works fine). I hear clicking sounds and heat sign is on the control board. If the bottom element is bad can that cause the top element to not function as well or is it another issue since both elements don't work. If there's a click sound does that mean the themostat is working and not the heating element?
You will want to access the control panel and do a voltage check on the upper oven circuit. If you test between L1 and upper oven bake with the unit set to bake you should have 240vac. If there is not 240 vac present then the control is faulty and would need to be replaced.
