My element went out, so I changed it. I turned on the oven to see if it works. It's been 3 hours and it is still not on 350. The oven is getting hot, it is moving up 5 every half hour or longer. It is at 245. What is wrong now?
You will want to check the clock assembly to make sure that you are getting power between L1 and bake with unit turned to bake. If not then you will need to replace the clock assembly. If you do have the 240 vac then you will want to check at the element to make sure that you are getting 240 vac and if not then trace wires back to terminal block and look for damaged wiring.
