my current gasket is brittle and seems to be coming apart. Two questions:
1) how long do these gaskets last typically?
2) what adhesive do I use to attach it to the door? and is that adhesive included with the gasket? if not, where do I get it?

ANSWER Hello Richard. The gaskets W10162384 usually last 5 to 10 years depending on use. There is no glu, the gaskets are help on the door with clips. You will pull the old gasket off and insert the clips on the new gasket into the holes. Hope this helps.
