The bake and broil option on my whirlpool accbake oven stopped working. It makes a clicking noise as if to light but doesn't.The top ranges, clock, and timer all work. Never used the self clean and had unit about three years. Is this an igniter problem (was informed it has a igniter for the bake and one for the broil and both to go out at same time is strange) or a board problem

ANSWER Hello Mitchell. Check and see if the igniter in the oven is sparking. If not, test and see if there is power coming from the control to the spark module W10331686. If so, and no spark, replace the module. If there is no power from the control to the module, you will need to replace the control W10114384. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. Hope this helps. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
