Ever since my wife used the cleaning cycle at Christmas the oven has not been the same. It is irregular and does not do the same thing twice. Examples 1. It will heat up to 300 consistently 2. ANSWER Hello Randy. It sounds like the oven sensor is bad. It should read 1100 ohms at room temp. And 1650 ohms at 350°. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
