We are having temperature problems with our double ovens. We set the oven to 350 and within 8 minutes the oven beeps and the control panel says 350 but a reading taken inside the oven says 225 degrees. If we wait about 20 additional minutes the reading in the oven reaches 325 degrees. This has been repeated in each oven and both are providing the same results. Any ideas on where we should start the trouble shooting process?

ANSWER Ken, You will first want to check the oven sensors to make sure that they are good. You will want to do a resistance check on the sensors. At 70 degrees the sensor should ohm out at 1080 ohms and at 350 degrees the sensors should be about 1654 ohms. If not within this range then the sensor should be replaced. If the sensors check ok then you will want to test the wiring for the sensors back to control board.
