In may I asked about the temp sensor and the problems I was having with my oven. It was recommended that I should replace the control panel. After talking with my dad and brother we agreed that made sense and a month ago I replaced the control panel. The oven has been working great and I was happy to to baking again! However tonight while baking the temperature went well over 450 when I was baking at 350. Is there something else I should consider replacing? Thanks, Deb

ANSWER Hello Deb. You can test the temp sensor 8053344. It should read around 1100 ohms at room temp and around 1650 ohms at 350°. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
