The bake, broil and convection elements in my oven will not heat up. The control panel shows pre-heating. There are no default codes that show up. Can you give me a idea what is my problem.

ANSWER Hello Kathryn. You need to test for power coming from the clock assembly 9782087CB to the elements. If there is none there, you will need to order and replace the clock assembly in the unit.
