Our electric Frigidaire oven gets extremely hot and a bell starts. It will not turn off with controls and I have to turn power off at box to get it to go off and stop bell. Can you tell me what is wrong?

ANSWER Hi Al. Can yo please send us the exact # of your range. You will find it behind the lower storage drawer on the frame ( Lt. or RT.) sides of the legs. You difenitely have a "Runaway" condition. You should have opened the oven safety thermostat. What is the Fault code? Thank you.
