James for Model Number ET8CHMXKQ0 4

ANSWER James, First you need to check and make sure you have 120 VAC on the red wire on the overload relay to chassis ground on the compressor, If we have the voltage, you'll need to test the relay overload and compressor. If not we'll need to test the defrost timer and cold control. Here's some meter usage information should you need it[http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html]. Good Luck and Thanks
