Is wiring diagram incorrect? Original relay, #2 terminal is 3/16 and was connected to a two line orange wire. The #3 terminal, original, is 1/4 and had the white connected. On replacement: #2 with adapter takes the 1/4(on replacement) down to 3/16 yet schematic says to attach #2 to white, which is a 1/4inch fitting. Then it says to attach #3 to OR or WH. ORANGE ONLY FITS 3/16 terminal which is #2 with the adapter, which would match the original wiring, not the way the directions for the replacement say. This schematic was written 3/30/2007. It can't be wired this way unless I replace the terminals which I don't want to do, I think the schematic was written incorrectly, or what am I not getting? Thanks, I want to hook this up
ANSWER Hello Roc. You will need to hook up the relay the same way the old one was on your refrigerator. This is a universal kit and was made for many models. If you install it like it was on yours, then it should work ok. Hope this helps.
