Thank you for your answer. However, I'm still confused. You say the bottom of the fridge. Do I have to flip the fridge on its side and gain access from the bottom on the outside, or are you saying the bottom of the refrigerator compartment INSIDE the fridge?

ANSWER Hello Brian. Yes, you will need to lay it on it's side to do this. Once the repair is done, let the refrigerator sit upright for the time it took to do the repair before plugging it back in. Hope this helps.
