At first my clothes dryer would have problems trying to start you had to close the door a certain way for it to start now it will not start the door switch still works the the light inside the drum and the control board was replaced about 2 1/2 years ago. Do i need to replace the door switch or is there some other part I should look at.

ANSWER Hello James. From what your describing, it sounds like the door switch W10169313 is bad and will need to be replaced. Hope this helps.
