Top arm doesnt spin and water doest come out of the top spinner? Is there a gasket or something that seals the arm at the manifold? Any help would be appreciated

ANSWER Hello Joe. Check and make sure the water level inside the dishwasher is at the proper level. It should reach the bottom of the heater inside the dishwasher. If not, you will need to replace the water valve 8531670. If the water level is correct check and make sure the rubber gaskets are in place at the middle spray arm manifold. Hope this helps.
