Im trying to put on a new drive belt onto my dryer but it keeps snapping off. It looks like the small part (I think it's called a motor pulley) is not there to hold the belt in place when I turn the drum manually. Does it sound like it is the motor pulley part I need to replace? If yes, is it easy to attach to the motor?
ANSWER Hello Virginia,
The idler pulley 691366 hooks into the main base and the tension from the belt holds it in place.
