I just put the washer all back togather I put in new bearings and seal kit. All it wants to do is spin but will not agitate. HELP

ANSWER Hello George. Make sure the rotor R9900474 is holding the brakes so the unit can agitate. If not, you will need to check/replace the rotor. on the unit. Hope this helps.
